
Vortex flow meters operate on the von Karman effect, built around a bluff body. As fluid flows past it, alternating vortices form behind the bluff body — detected by a sensor, with the frequency of their formation directly proportional to fluid velocity, letting the meter accurately calculate flow rate.
For liquid: 0.5 to 7 m/s. Gas: 5 to 70 m/s. Steam: 5 to 80 m/s — up to 30 Bar pressure and 350°C, with sandwich and joint connection options and various outputs.

Liquid: high-temperature water, chemical liquid, clean and low-viscosity liquid. Steam: saturated and superheated steam.
